Calls can start being delivered within 10 minutes of the call being successfully set up. So if you finish setting up a CareCall at 14:50 then, if the call receiver is due to receive a call at 15:00, they shall do so. Read more about setting up a CareCall here.
Keep in mind that if a CareCall requires a personalised recording to be made, the calls will not start until the recording is made. If you have indicated that a member of the CareCalls team is to record the messages, you will need to allow up to 24 hours for the messages to be recorded.
