How do I edit, pause or cancel a call?
We are currently developing a customer dashboard that will enable you to perform all of the below actions. In the meantime, we ask that any requests for editing, pausing or cancelling be emailed to email@example.com. You can also call us (click here to see our phone number).
What editing, pausing or cancelling functionality do I have access to?
- You can make changes to any aspect of your CareCall including the times, messages and contact details.
- If the call receiver is away for a known period of time, we are able to set the calls to pause between two dates and or/times.
- If the call receiver is away for an unknown period of time we are able to set calls to be paused indefinitely.
- If a call receiver no longer desires the calls we can stop them altogether, along with any payments.
